Returns

We hope you’ll love your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in original packaging.

To initiate a return, please email ask@avenidahome.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.

We are unable to accept returns for customised, special order, or final-sale items.

EU Customers Rights to Return

If you are purchasing from within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without providing a reason.

The cancellation period begins on the day you, or a person nominated by you, receive the final item in your order.

To exercise your right to a return and refund, please contact us by email or click to create a return/cancel order in your account order history online here before the 14-day returns period expires. Once we receive your cancellation request, we will provide instructions for returning the item(s).

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Any applicable return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund where permitted.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns for customised, special order, or final-sale items.

Refunds will be processed in line with applicable consumer protection laws once the returned goods have been received and inspected.
